Our rubber compounds are made with the use of mixers and rolling mills


We control a wide range of key parameters of the compounds used

  • hardness
  • tensile strength
  • elongation
  • compression set
  • heat ageing
  • changes in rubber properties after ageing in a wide range of oils, fuels and other industrial fluids

We also work with external rubber engineering laboratories, where our rubber is tested in ozone chambers and low-temperature chambers.

Our prototypes and samples are measured and checked under highly accurate microscopes

Our own tool room enable us to produce precise moulds in short space of time



We use  presses and injection moulding machines

Deflashing process is realized with criogenic method

For quality control, we use advanced optical control systems
